Privacy notice

This notice applies to the Senique website and our enquiry process. Last reviewed: September 2026.

The data we collect

  • Enquiry details you give us through the Clarity Portal — name, email, phone, audience type, and message.
  • Information shared during the commissioning and placement process — typically a child's first name, year group, needs, and relevant context.
  • Limited technical data such as anonymised site analytics and cookies (see our Cookies notice).

Why we use your data

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, assess suitability of provision, set up placements, and fulfil our safeguarding and contractual obligations. We rely on your consent, our legitimate interests, and the performance of a contract as the lawful bases for processing.

Sharing your data

We only share information where necessary — for example with a commissioning school or local authority as part of a placement, or where we are legally required to do so. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by safeguarding and education record-keeping obligations, then securely delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

  • Access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
