Our approach to data

T Toddles Ltd holds personal data relating to enquiries, commissioned provision, and safeguarding records. We treat all data as sensitive, process it lawfully, and retain it only as long as necessary.

Data security

• Access to personal data is restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis.
• Records are stored on secure, access-controlled systems.
• All staff and mentors are subject to confidentiality and safeguarding obligations.

Data sharing

We share data only with commissioning parties (schools, academy trusts, local authorities) as part of a placement, and with relevant authorities where safeguarding or legal duties require it.

API and integrations

Where we use third-party platforms to manage enquiries, communications, or records, those providers act as data processors under our instructions and appropriate agreements. We do not expose personal data through any public API.
