Competitive hourly rates
£30–£45 per hour, depending on subject area, qualifications, and experience. Paid promptly per session, with clear invoicing support for your self-employed setup.

Who we're looking for
Qualified Teacher or Specialist
PGCE, QTS, or equivalent specialist qualification in your subject area. We welcome teachers from mainstream, SEND, and alternative provision backgrounds.
Enhanced DBS & Safeguarding
Current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one. Full safer recruitment checks including Barred List clearance and references.
Trauma-Informed Practice
Understanding of SEMH, trauma-informed approaches, and a genuine commitment to building trusting relationships with vulnerable young people.
What we offer
Flexible Self-Employed Hours
Choose your schedule and workload. Deliver part-time sessions that fit around your other commitments — typically 6 to 18 hours per week per pupil.
