From enquiry to first session in four steps
We understand that commissioners often need provision quickly. Our process is designed to be responsive, transparent, and thorough — without cutting corners on safeguarding.
Within 24 Hours
We acknowledge your enquiry and arrange an initial phone consultation at a time that suits you — no waiting lists, no automated responses.
Consultation Meeting
We meet with the SENCO, pastoral lead, or commissioning officer to discuss the young person's needs, EHCP outcomes, and what you are looking for from the placement.
Provision Proposal
Within 3 working days of the consultation, we provide a written provision proposal — specifying services, hours, staffing, setting, cost, and safeguarding arrangements.
Agreement & Start
Once the service-level agreement is signed, we schedule an onboarding session with the pupil. The commissioning school retains full dual registration and safeguarding oversight.
